Citizenship and migration law

Scope: This is a guide for finding citizenship, migration and refugee law resources. Citizenship concerns the status of a citizen, including rights and duties. Migration law regulates entry to Australia. Refugee law concerns those persons outside their country who are unable to seek protection from that country or return there. The Law Library provides support for teaching and research in citizenship and migration law.
