Citizenship and migration lawScope: This is a guide for finding citizenship, migration and refugee law resources. Citizenship concerns the status of a citizen, including rights and duties. Migration law regulates entry to Australia. Refugee law concerns those persons outside their country who are unable to seek protection from that country or return there.
